They just chill until parents hold their feet or legs to get admission of their kid next is they'll keep forcing u and pressuring you indirectly to take admission with extra 5–10 lakhs including the course means think the course fee is too high and in every college you will see the hike in fee structure is just around 40–50000 but here each year increase in lakhs or 2 lakhs which is not worth it even. See our parents don't have any exposure ideas or knowledge and experience about our study and in which place will get or find a better job profile or a good study atmosphere. Even everyone is doing business and they will obviously see their own advantage and merit so counsellors are not bad but yes sometimes they won't listen you and give your their own mantras about that respective college where they will get good percentage of amount or deals so just stay alert but yes you can also find some benifit if you want to get into a college but just bcoz your 10th 12th or graduation results are low so the college might not accept you so at that moment you should or I'll say must use counsellors let them get their amount from the college let the college understand or see. Since you're not paying any sort of fee or bill to any counsellor because you will be directly paying the fee to college. So if you find or have low confidence that you may get rejected or denied by that particular college due to low percentile in entrance or any other percent you can go through counsellors not bad yar. Han the only professor is Ipseeta Satpathy who's never late she enters not even a second late she's always On time and may be too fast before time or punctual and she also leaves on time and the person who is 1 sec late she throw him or her outside and don't allow to enter. And neither she does any partiality nor she's too closed to any of a single student as usual she's just friendly with each and every candidate inside the campus or college premises and boundary and once she left she don't even interfere in any of the students personal or private life she's totally damn care and you've to do PPT and submit her assignments on time that's it this the true identity of a strict serious and perfect lecturer. But other faculty you'll see they focus less on your studies and more on your privacy like where you're dating someone why you're having bf why you're sitting at the garden or law why you visited that hotel or restaurant that day I saw u I see you in the market. Is it the meaning of guiding a student? See faculties only have rights on your study related and their teaching pattern rest you're drunk somewhere or the one you move with is your frnd brother or boyfrnd in not their look out. And they're are no one to taunt and tiss u apart from academics. And the admission councellors aree justt I don't have enough words.
See if your only intention is to dance and late night out at clubs pubs or spend time at good hotels as well as restaurants then it's a right path for you but your money will be wasted. Since spending money at ksom is equivalent to spending entire two years at bar. Really because I'll rather suggest you to take admission or join some other colleges of Patia Bhubaneswar or any other part of bhubaneswar because nothing much is here actually because I've seen other colleges at bbsr also do provide same placement and on campus also with same companies and brands with same package and same salary then what is the difference why would you invest such high figh amount on ksom without any return. Rather if you intend to enjoying purpose then simply go to some other colleges at bhubaneswar or Patia if you just want freedom from home then I'll suggest go for less budget and best colleges with low investment where you will get a degree master's and Learn different computerized courses and such as do various number of certification courses from outside or online and acquire knowledge or ideas from outside and go for off campus jobs. And the assurance of 100 percent placement is a big scam. Even toppers with good profile and good standard having 90 percent career such intelligent or Brilliant student used to go for off campus job offers just because of lack of chances and placement opportunities. What will be the difference or value of investing 17 lakhs at kiit and many good obedient students are in frustration depression and tension who had not got placement and they used to show or share their achievements of 25 lpa or more that is the placement of engineering campus and they just showcase and take credits and this is the strategy or I'll say a type of marketing such as advertising so that students get in the trap and take admission giving such huge amount and in this way in each academic year the complete their targets and hardly any achievements of ksom which they use to showcase or advertise the same report for next 5 years. And around only 20 - 30 percent students get job offer which is also in sales and let me tell you even after a simpler graduation or a fresh graduate can also do a sales job then what is the meaning of doing your master degree from such hyped institute or university and the designation or Post is sales. See obviously or offcourse I agree and admit you'll not find a fresh entry job as a fresher job without any experience from corporate or IT sectors you'll get a package or salary of 64 lakh per annum but the designation and job post definitely matters. Even btech students who are well equipped and have experience with skills still they get 6lpa as offer Letter and in actual they get 4lpa after all deduction.

The campus size or infrastructure is just for 2 years or 3 years most probably you are not going spent your lifetime at KSOM or KIIT so only upto that certain period of time you'll be comfortable happy and easily evrything in your hand with some pocket money each month which your parents will send but time interval once after you left the college and going places or moving for job and when every responsibility will be in your head like you'll earn and eat sleep and live at that moment you'll realise how bad your decision was but getting such low paid job. Because at phase of your life even guardian will also not understand your painful journey or your pain they will criticize you for wasting money and years still not settled and a time comes in your life when you'll be shame to ask for some penny to ur mother even . See we're what because of our parents our mother kept 9 months in her worm and our father taken all the responsibilities by giving feeding making our life simple even if he's work hard somewhere in Summer with sunlight or waiting for those monthly salary to fulfill or satisfy your needs wherease on the other hand your mother whether a housewife or working still she do al; kind of jobs responsibly starting from cooking cleaning in weekends if a working lady and etc even a homemaker doesn't get paid. They don't disclose the marks or percent of their nation examination which students give if not given any other national or international entrances so you need to give KITTEE which is the kiit University organised which is 4–5 times in a year and KITTEE management which is once in a year that is in January and you know they're so disturbed frustrated and clingy they keep on calling students to get the registration done as soon as possible and threatened or give you threatening that registration of kittee management will close wherease they start it from September and on the other hand people who've given kittee national level test of phase 1–2–3–4–5 they take them too and next is they don't take interview very seriously just ask basic questions about you and throw u out and just day after that you will get the notification to pay the registration with 1st installment which is around 5 lakhs and they'll also not give u time they'll keep on calling and sending emails reminder not even a week or ten days and they will threaten you that your seat we will give to the student next who is in the waiting list.
